After years of competitive training under Jeff Boss and Jamie Wardop at Dance Arts Centre in Suwanee, Hannah Morrison moved to New York City at 18 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After completing the Theater Dance program, Hannah played Kristine in A Chorus Line at Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and a Hot Box Girl in Guys and Dolls at Axelrod Performing Arts Center.
Since moving back home to Atlanta, she has worked commercially in tv shows, film, and industrials through XCEL Talent. Hannah returned home to Dance Arts Centre as a teacher/choreographer and has since expanded her teaching/choreo to many studios around the metro-Atlanta area and beyond. Hannah is extremely passionate about sharing all she has learned with the next generation of professionals while uplifting them to be artful, creative, and better than she was at their age.
Hannah also had the honor of getting involved with the ATL contemporary company scene dancing in/ choreographing for Admix Project’s ‘Surface’ directed by Rachel Truitt and is currently a guest artist for Brady Michael’s RISK. Most recently, Hannah was dance captain and ensemble for City Springs' Fiddler on the Roof.
Hannah excels in musical theatre, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical- but to Hannah the most important part of dancing is the storytelling. She loves nothing more than the feeling of being one with the music and sharing stories, provoking thought, and expressing gratitude through movement.
